UCL Model 4 Viper Under Canopy LED Grow Light Overview
This 8 ft supplemental grow light is designed to provide supplemental light to the lower regions of plants in indoor cultivation environments. By strategically placing these supplemental grow lights beneath the canopy of the plants previously low yielding shaded areas now receive the ideal amount of light intensity, making bigger and more potent fruits.
The main 250w Full Spectrum channel with enhanced red has the perfect proven spectrum and intensity to eliminate lower flowers and fruits.
The 50w independent Far Red channel not only increases the light penetration up through the canopy, it also allows for growers to trigger the “Emerson Effect”.
By providing pure Far Red light for a short time at the beginning of the dark cycle growers can stimulate a faster hormone switch in the plants which will shorten the transition period between Vegetative and Flowering stages of the plant.
Bud sites can set and start developing up to 1-2 weeks faster which leads to earlier harvesting.
Growers could adjust spectrum by dimming these 2 channels individually to acquire maximum result for different strains.
